AskNona ("we," "us") is independent software that helps brand partners build their business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any direct-selling company. This policy explains what we collect and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, and the details you enter in your profile.
- Waitlist / mobile-app list: the email you give us to be notified.
- SMS: your mobile number and your opt-in, only if you choose to receive texts.
- Payments: processed by Stripe — we do not store your card number.
- Usage: how you interact with the app, to operate and improve it.
- We do not collect health information, and AskNona does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to respond to you, to process your plan, and to send only the messages you opted into. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run the product on our behalf, under contract: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), ElevenLabs (voice/transcription), Voyage AI (search), and our hosting (Supabase, Vercel). They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
SMS terms
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from AskNona at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribe anytime.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your information, and opt out of marketing, by contacting us at the address below.
Retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service or as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
Children
AskNona is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date.
